NFA items require the following for EACH item:

• Two (2) Fingerprint Cards

• Two (2) Passport Photos

When you schedule an appointment for NFA Fingerprints, you will be required to pay for your first set prior to booking the appointment. Your NFA set will include:

• Two (2) Fingerprint Cards

• Two (2) Passport Photos

If you are purchasing more than one NFA item, you may purchase additional sets at the time of your appointment.
